• Exclusion Criteria

  • Weight > 100 kg
  • Renal insufficiency (CrCl < 30 ml/min)
  • Unexplained bleeding in past year
  • History of HIT & positive heparin antibodies
  • Neurosurgery within one month
  • Pregnancy
